When you refinance, you move your loan from one bank to another which requires removal of the old bank or lender as mortgagee from the title and replace it with the new bank. Our role includes reviewing your loan documents, liaise with your current bank or lender, discharging your current mortgage, reviewing any guarantor documents, registering the new mortgage, completing your settlement and reporting to you and your new bank.
